We've been collecting comics for a long time, and Sandman's always been a family favorite. Both my wife and I love Neil Gaiman's groundbreaking series, and we were delighted with his latest venture into (and beyond) the world of the Dreaming. Overture was a truly stunning mini series!

I remember reading the first couple of pages back in 2013, and my jaw hitting the floor. If you haven't seen the book yet I don't know what to tell you other than that it's gorgeous. As a devoted Neil Gaiman fan I didn't think it would be possible, but J. H. Williams III's art stole the show. If you think I'm overselling it, trust me: I'm not.

I was very determined to find a copy of every variant cover, and to my horror they kept growing. First I thought there were only two for each issue, then I stumbled into the "digital combo pack" edition, and the two alternate color palette versions, and issues 1 and 6 had additional covers. So it took a while, but here it is.

This is 6 issues of Sandman Overture. 42 comics altogether:

Sorry about the picture quality, but there is no way I'm taking these babies out of their bags.
